The activities are as follows:
0930 - Woodlands Interchange
1115 - East Coast Park
1115 to 1130 - Bicycle Rental [approx. S$6]
1130 to 1330 - Cycling [lunch]
1330 to 1345 - Returning of bicycles
1430 - Marina Square [Bowling][approx. S$5.50 per game]
1545 to 1600 - Go home.
